Currently, Manor IT Limited operates Internet Services and Point-to Point domestic data connectivity services across the Sylhet Division. The company provides reliable internet connectivity to more than 7,000 home, SME, and corporate users. Manor IT Limited is widely recognized for its service reliability, strong technical expertise, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Manor IT Limited’s core network is based on fiber optic infrastructure, with over 3,500 kilometers of fiber already deployed throughout the Sylhet city area. The company serves both corporate and residential users and maintains a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

As part of its growth strategy, Manor IT Limited plans to expand its
network to the remaining three districts of the Sylhet Division—
Moulvibazar, Sunamganj, and Habiganj. Market research and
groundwork in these regions are already underway, with a target to commence services in all three locations by 2026.

In addition, the company has planned to initiate operations in Dhaka while significantly expanding its existing network. By March 2026, Manor IT Limited aims to deploy an additional 5,000 kilometers of fiber optic infrastructure. Network expansion for new connectivity is an ongoing and continuous process.

Limited is also focused on extending its services to thana-level and rural areas. Pilot projects have already been implemented in Tukerbazar (west of Sylhet city) and Pirerbazar, Shaparon (east of Sylhet city).
