Terms & Conditions for Internet and Data Subscribers

• • Compliance with Regulatory Authorities: Manor IT shall provide services in compliance with guidelines, policies, orders, terms, and conditions stipulated by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) or any other duly authorized governmental body.
  • Usage Agreement: The Subscriber agrees to utilize the services in accordance with the terms, conditions, rules, regulations, directions, instructions, and policies set forth by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) or any other designated governmental authority.
  • Legal Compliance: Both parties agree to adhere to all laws pertinent to this agreement, governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
  • Prohibited Activities: The Subscriber agrees not to engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to spamming, illegal phone calls, or dissemination of unauthorized information. Manor IT reserves the right to disconnect services in response to such activities, with no liability on Manor IT for the Subscriber's unlawful conduct.
  • Content Responsibility: Manor IT is solely responsible for transporting data packets and disclaims responsibility for their content. The Subscriber agrees not to use the service for unethical, illegal, or socially inappropriate purposes.
  • Exclusive Benefit: Services provided under this agreement are solely for the benefit of the Subscriber and may not be transferred or delegated to any third party without prior consent.
  • Liability Disclaimer: The Subscriber assumes all liability and risk associated with accessing the Internet and services provided. Manor IT disclaims any warranties regarding the absence of harmful elements and makes no representations or endorsements regarding goods, information, or services available over the Internet.
  • Service Interruptions: Manor IT shall not be liable for service interruptions due to equipment modifications, upgrades, repairs, or actions by regulatory authorities.
  • Force Majeure: Manor IT shall not be liable for non-performance or under-performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including government orders, civil unrest, natural disasters, or third-party infrastructure breakdowns.
  • Indemnification: The Subscriber agrees to indemnify Manor IT against any loss, cost, claim, liability, damages, or expenses arising from the Subscriber's use of the service.
  • Limitation of Liability: Manor IT shall not be liable to the Subscriber for incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all information obtained from each other confidential, except when required by governmental, judicial, or regulatory authorities.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Manor IT may terminate immediately if the Subscriber materially breaches the agreement.
  • Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, the Subscriber must return any provided equipment and remain liable for unpaid amounts and agreed-upon minimum subscription periods.
  • Good Faith: Both parties agree to act in each other's best interests and with good faith.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any conflicts shall be resolved amicably.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Manor IT and the Subscriber. By utilizing Manor IT's services, the Subscriber acknowledges understanding and acceptance of these terms.
